Current Grade 12 Students*

  • Current high school students can provide an interim grade report and a schedule of current/planned courses by email, fax, or mail
  • Final transcripts must be official and therefore must be sent by mail directly to the Admissions Office
  • Current Grade 12 students can find information on how to order their official transcripts here

Students Graduated from High School*

  • Final transcripts must be official and therefore must be sent by mail directly to the Admissions Office
  • Canadian high school graduates can find information on how to order their official transcripts here

University/College Transfer Students*

  • Transcripts must be mailed directly from the post-secondary institution(s) to the Admissions Office
  • All documents that are supplied in support of applications for admission, re-admission, or transfer become the property of the University of Regina

Students with Non-Canadian Credentials*

   Secondary Transcripts

  • Applicants with Non-Canadian Credentials who are issued a single irreplaceable copy can supply a copy of the original document at the time of application and then present the original for verification at the Admissions Office upon arrival

   Post-Secondary Transcripts

  • Applicants with Non-Canadian Credentials may supply a copy of the original document at the time of application, and then ensure the official document is received at the Admissions Office by the stated application deadline
  • Official transcripts must be mailed directly from the post-secondary institution(s) to the Admissions Office
  • An English translation is required if not in English or French
  • All documents that are supplied in support of applications for admission, re-admission, or transfer become the property of the University of Regina

   English Language Proficiency

If you do not have Grade 11 and 12 English as part of two full academic years in a high school using a recognized Canadian or U.S. curriculum, you will need to provide proof of English Language Proficiency

   Current Grade 12 Students

  • If you are a current Grade 12 student, you must submit your transcript AFTER the first semester of Grade 12, once your grades are available.This transcript must show the final grades of your Grade 12 first semester courses.This interim grade report and a schedule of current/planned courses can be submitted by email, fax, or mail.
  • Final transcripts must be official and therefore must be sent by mail directly to the Admissions Office

   Students Graduated from High School

  • Final transcripts must be official and therefore must be sent by mail directly to the Admissions Office

   University/College Transfer Students

  • If you are a current post-secondary student at another institution, you must submit your transcript from that institution AFTER the end of the Fall 2016 semester once your Fall 2016 grades are available.
  • Transcripts must be mailed directly from the post-secondary institution(s) to the Admissions Office
  • All documents that are supplied in support of applications for admission, re-admission, or transfer become the property of the University of Regina
